Actually the theme is two themes I combined called FlatIcons and Minimalistic MIUI. I just combined the two because some of the apps were not compatible with my iPod touch 2g, so I made this to fix that. If you want those themes you can find one on Cydia and the Min. MIUI from a repo you can look up.
