We're revolutionizing theme building. Again. On 10/10/10, CodeThemed v2.0 will arrive with all-new customizing capabilities. It's how we packed everything you 25,000+ users have asked us for — into a single, easy-to-use, online theme creator. It solves world hunger. Well, maybe not yet.

Ever since the launch of CodeThemed on April 17th, we've been blown away by all of the ideas and requests we've received from you guys. But, we then realized that there was no way our previous Theme Builder was going to be able to fit all of these features.

Starting from the ground up, we completely recoded and redesigned the Theme Builder with simplicity, expandability, and small size in mind. And, when you see this update, you'll notice how many problems it solves in productivity. You don't need a large screen size to view the entire builder. We've minimized the number of mouse movements you need to complete a theme. And, of course, we still managed to integrate four times the features our previous builder had.

Overall, we think that theming is going to take a few steps forward with this release, and are very excited to be able to announce that it will be available on Sunday, October 10th (10/10/10) at 10:00AM Pacific Daylight Time. CodeThemed version 1's site will also be shut down from October 3rd until the 10th, while we upgrade servers and begin to put the new Builder in place.

What can you do to prepare? First, make sure you're using the latest version of a good browser. We're supporting Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari in this release. Second, be sure to share your excitement with your friends, over your favorite social networks. And finally third:

Recently, we have gotten reports of the Browse tab crashing on iOS4, and have been busy fixing the issue. We're very happy to finally announce an awaited update which packs in more than just a few bug fixes.

Changes:

• Improved security. We spent a lot of time on this one, and the way the application connects to CodeThemed now is much more safe.
• Fully functional on 4.0.
• UI enhancements.
• Adds support for deletion of on-device themes. This was also a highly requested feature.
• Device syncing. Whenever you sign into CodeThemed through our app, your device is synced back to your account on the site. When our Transfer system maintenance is complete, you'll be able to choose which device of yours to wirelessly transfer a theme to. Synced devices can be managed through the My Devices page, and if you're on the site, you'll receive a push notification when a device is connected or disconnected.

We've recently been getting reports that the upload features on the Theme Builder are not functioning correctly. Last night, we shut down the builder to try to investigate this issue. We ended up creating a new and faster upload system and have finally restored the builder back to its working condition.
